Our Guarantee

Access America Mortgage, LLC guarantees the total fees presented in the estimated closing costs section of the "Good Faith Estimate" are true and accurate. If, at time of settlement, these closing costs are greater than those stated on the "Good Faith Estimate", AccessAmerica Mortgage will reimburse the borrower for the difference.

This guarantee does not include third party fees such as: Appraisal fees, Attorney's fees, Title fees, taxes, etc., since these fees vary from state to state. This guarantee will not cover the cost of a survey. Surveys are not required on most loans and when required they can vary in cost, depending on location and size of the property. We will also exclude optional items like owner's title coverage.
